We’ll at the Democratic National Committee Rules and Bylaws Committee, the Michigan’s Democratic Party chairman Mark Brewer’s recommendation of giving Hillary Clinton 69 delegates, and Barack Obama 59 delegates just passed by 19 in favor, 8 against, one not voting because they are from Michigan. So when this whole Democratic nomination process started it was pledged delegates that would determine the nominee.
