June 13th, 2008 by YillbThis was forwarded to me today and makes for a great Internet video to watch. It is the Mogistic team meeting with Open Court. Just like the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal reported on earlier, it comes from PBS 39, WLVT. You can see the full show here. It’s one thing to read about the whole Open Court thing, it’s another to see it in action. I do wonder if the whole basketball thing was just used for the show, otherwise that whole Open Court can exert some awesome power over people.

June 8th, 2008 by YillbSo I received this in my email, making the whole lien against Interactive Liquid, LLC, and older-brother company, Imirage, LLC official now. That’s a shame and sucks for the people who still work there who are just trying to do their jobs.
Local Software Company Plays Ball for One Million Dollars. Liens not a problem!
June 1st, 2008 by YillbMy new friend, the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal reports that the old brother-in law company to Imirage, LLC, Mogistic is out and about meeting with Open Court asking for one million dollars or how to improve their business plan. The article and the Open Court website don’t jive, but maybe Mogistic was asking for a million dollars, not knowing the full details of the meeting.
